Community Services are developed within local communities and are tailored to meet family and individual needs. Working throughout the North East, we are able to receive referrals from professionals and families. With an experienced team of multi disciplined professionals: teaching, social care, early years and health, we are committed to developing the services required to support families with autism, Asperger syndrome and associated behaviours which challenge others. The Community Services team provides: outdoors and sports activities; residential short breaks; holiday clubs, communication, sensory and therapy sessions; after-school clubs; educational programmes to provide support and education with a focus towards escalation and re-attendance into school; sitting service. REACH outdoors and adventure delivers exciting and challenging activities both within local communities and in more remote environments. .

This service also offers employment and student support. .
