School for children and students aged 3-19 with complex communication difficulties, particularly those with a hearing impairment. The school offers a Total Communication approach where all staff are skilled in signing to supplement and extend written and spoken English, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) or other specialised communication strategy.

Pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are either taught in a discrete group or together with other children. No class has more than 8 students and the staff ratio is high, many children have 1:1 support. Offers respite services for the school's own pupils. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils.
