The Family Support Team aims to support parents and families in caring for their disabled child and improving the overall quality of life for children and young people up to the age of 18 years through the provision of high quality, planned and time-limited services within the home, in community settings including family based short breaks. The team also provide services from The Firs Resource Centre, which can be used by parents and young people for a range of activities.
