I provide autism-informed counselling, online or on the telephone, to autistic adults. I am autistic myself and have considerable lived-experience of the autism community. Issues that I commonly work with include: chronic worry, low self-esteem, being a victim of bullying, work problems, difficulty making friends, organisational difficulties, coping with diagnosis and preparing for diagnosis. I am a qualified counsellor, registered and accredited with the National Counselling Society. I also work with people with ADHD.
