Nugent House School is a 52 week, 38 week and day provision for boys witgh a statement of educational needs including Emotional, Social and Behavioural Difficulties (ESBD). On being for boys placed within a secondary provision here boys have a class teacher but more to subject specialists and a teaching assistant as a minimum for all subjects and groups of no more than six. The other provision follows a primary model of a class teacher who teaches all core subjects, a high level of support and individualised teaching happens in this provision. Pupils with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) will be mixed into groups with pupils not on the spectrum.
