Oakdale Road is a residential service for adults aged 40+ with learning disabilities, sensory impairments, communication difficulties and complex health needs including epilepsy. The service uses a person-centred planning approach in order to support individuals to become more independent and achieve their goals whilst playing an active role in their own care.
Support plans will be tailored to the individual’s needs and people will be supported in identifying and maintaining leisure activities as well as any education/employment placements. Staff are available 24 hours a day including waking night staff when required.
