Options Applegate House is a Care Quality Commission (CQC)-registered Community Support Service providing specialist self-directed support and accommodation within the community for people aged 18+ years with autism, Asperger syndrome, learning disabilities and complex needs. Based in the local community of Barton-upon-Humber, personalised programmes and flexible staffing enable people to learn how to live as independently as possible with the minimum of support. Options Applegate House provides specially designed, self-contained accommodation that caters for people with a variety of complex needs. The people living at Options Applegate House are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of their flats and the communal grounds, just as if they were living in their own property. People are supported to develop their own activity programmes which may include accessing social clubs, work related or educational opportunities, and also have access to the range of on-site facilities available at nearby Options Roxby House.
