P.R.I.S.M stands for Providing Real Information & Supporting Mums with children on the spectrum. This online support group on Facebook has been set up to give support and advice to mums/dads/carers/family and friends of children who are on the autistic spectrum, and for those with sensory processing disorders - diagnosed or not! Please feel comfortable to chat knowing you are in a safe environment (closed group) with other local mums that can inform you, advise you and most importantly support you and your child. Hopefully the people that join this group will post information about local groups that they have attended or run and give contact details out about what support groups etc there are available. As a mummy myself with a little one struggling to find her way in this world, I know only too well how important kindness and understanding is when discussing these issues so please be mindful and respectful of all members of this group..
