The Disability Rights and Public Law Unit at Pannone specialises in all aspects of disability rights with particular emphasis on community care, health, mental capacity and human rights. Our solicitors deal with all kinds of disability-related problems with a practical, sensitive and rights-based approach, from general advice through to legal proceedings in the European Court of Human Rights. We tackle each aspect of a legal problem seeking solutions as quickly, efficiently and cost effectively as possible with public funding (legal aid) also available. We understand the law in all its many forms, and our aim is to solve problems without fuss or fanfare and in a calm and professional way.
