Park House is a large semi-detached house within walking distance of the seafront and Weymouth town centre. The service has been completely refurbished to a high standard and has six bedrooms plus communal areas. There are four bedrooms on the first floor, two with ensuite and two with shared facilities. In addition to a large kitchen diner with a separate utility area. Supported living service for young people with learning disabilities and or autism in transition from residential college, foster care or the family home. .

Promoting independence and supporting young people to access further education, employment, social and recreational activities. Person centred transition plans are developed for each individual to develop their budgeting skills and to become more independent in all areas of their lives. We are now able to consider offering young people 17 - 30 years the opportunity to 'try out' our service and their blossoming independence by offering short breaks. Call to discuss this unique opportunity further. Staff are available 24 hours a day, including a sleep in night staff member.
