Priory School is a special school catering for pupils with complex moderate learning difficulties. The school is an academy school and has planned places for 116 pupils. The catchment area is the whole of West Suffolk. The school provides residential accommodation for up to 24 pupils aged between 8 and 18. Pupils with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) (over 30 pupils with ASD statements) are educated in mixed classes alongside pupils with a range of complex learning difficulties. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils. Respite is provided for school's own pupils.
