Pulse Personal Training

Kings Langley

Main information

Type of service: Play and leisure

Pulse Personal Training started up a year and a half ago. We work with the general public in order to create a healthier, more confident well being in body and mind. Joshua Eastham is the founder and head personal trainer who works alongside Richard Featherston, owner of Snowbility - providing skiing and snowboarding lessons for people with additional needs. .

Since working alongside Richard it started becoming obvious that we weren't just giving people lessons - we were increasing their confidence and interaction. It was also apparent that almost everyone we taught had slight imbalance issues and muscle co-ordination problems. Because of this we have been able to offer special, bespoke workouts, which are intended to improve co-ordination, balance, body confidence, interaction and much more..
