I am an autistic therapist and I enjoy working with autistic adults, whether they are exploring a potential diagnosis, processing a diagnosis or want to work on something else altogether. I largely use ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) but have 12 years of training and experience in other areas and types of counselling. I work online only with people across the UK.
