Rogerstone House is a specialist residential service for male adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, behaviour that may challenge and complex health needs.

People are supported to develop individualised, person-centred plans and health action plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. Staff focus on positive outcomes and see every aspect of each individual’s life as a potential learning opportunity. Staff work closely with the individual, their family and health care professionals in order to provide the best care. People will be supported to take part in a range of meaningful activities that can enrich their lives and help with skill-building.

Age: From age 18 to 100

Aimed at: Adult

Gender: Men/boys only
