Runshaw College, which is situated in Leyland, Lancashire provides support for students on the autism spectrum tailored to their own particular needs. The college offers an extensive choice of courses from Entry level through to Degree courses and has an excellent reputation nationally for its achievements. Students on the spectrum enjoy the benefits of being in a mainstream comprehensive college whilst having the support that is necessary for them to achieve their full potential. Students with autism may be educated in small groups within the College's Entry provision, while those with Asperger syndrome/High Functioning Autism will be educated in mainstream classes.
