Aims to support and enable the education of children and young people outwith school; to support and enable parental involvement in their children's education; to encourage children to take responsibility for, and participate in decisions about their education in accordance with their own wishes; to promote community responsibility for children's education. The Association offers support and information on a Scotland-wide basis to those who wish to take personal responsibility for the education of their children; families who have chosen, or are contemplating, home-based education; and those who wish to defend the right of families to educate in accordance with their own philosophy and with due regard to the wishes and feelings of their children. Enquiries can also be sent by email or via the enquiry form on the website.
