Simply Thriving Ltd provides a holistic, bespoke mentoring & support service in Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

We work with young people from reception age, right through to sixth-form. We support children with SEN, social, emotional and behavioural needs. Our provision is typically provided in a school setting, however, we also offer a family support service..

We encourage children to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations, providing them with the tools needed to make positive changes in their lives. .

Both School and Family work typically involve completing activities either one to one or in a small group. Such activities help unpick behaviour, teach self-regulation, anger management, develop self-esteem and address low-level anxieties and worries.
