SNAP Cymru is an all-Wales children's charity working with families, young people and professionals on issues regarding additional learning needs and disabilities. SNAP Cymru provides a Parent Partnership service and can help with Advocacy, Exclusion, Early Years Provision, Additional Learning Needs, The SEN Statement Process, Disagreement Resolution, Pupil Participation, Transition, Working with Young People. With offices all over Wales (see website for local offices) offering help and advice when you need it most, our local knowledge can help guide you through the differing implementations of the support and services offered by your local authority and by other charitable organisations.
