The South Ayrshire Carers Centre provides information, advice and support to carers. Services include welfare rights advice, advocacy, community care issues, signposting to other agencies and complimentary therapies. They also facilitate a monthly Carers Support Group. Support is offered on an individual, group, drop-in and outreach basis. The Young Carers Service provides individual and/or activity group support to young carers aged 8-18 years.
