South Leicestershire College offers a wide range of full and part-time courses with flexible start dates throughout the year. Whether you are a school leaver or an adult learner, we can help you gain the right skills and qualifications you need for your future study or career. Every year, many of our students progress to employment or higher level courses through studying here. We pride ourselves on our friendly approach and the individual attention we give to our students.

Our Additional Support Team is here to support you during your studies and help you achieve your learning goals. The Team offer Mentoring and our Learning Coaches provide one-to-one support to learners with a learning difficulty or disability. The Team are committed to improving numeracy and literacy in all areas of college work and offer dyslexia screening and support.

Learning coaches provide support to students with learning difficulties and disabilities within the classroom. This is wide ranging support and we can help with issues such as personal care, behaviour, social skills, and just keeping students on track or any other identified support need.
