We cater for children and young adults, age range from 5 to 22, in the main home, Southfield House, Beeches Unit and the Respite Unit at Brackensfield. Southfield House offers long-term support for young people between the ages of 12 and 22 with a wide range of autism spectrum conditions and learning disabilities. The small, friendly, homely group-living environment has a dedicated focus on the provision of consistent and structured support through highly trained and experienced staff. Support focuses on person-centred approaches to enable people to achieve positive outcomes and maximise independence. We offer dedicated short breaks provision where we work flexibly with families and professionals to provide homely, friendly environments with continuity in care and support approaches. Our home is set in a peaceful location overlooking open countryside, on the outskirts of Falkirk.
