Online counselling from a strengths-based model with tailor-made strategies and psycho-education according to the specific needs of the client. This is built upon my strong foundation of knowledge and experience of Neurodiversity (whereby other co-occurring conditions may exist) and is with a strong understanding of how people may mask, especially but not exclusively women. Conditions catered for include asperger syndrome, high-functioning autism, mental health problems & ADHD.
