Main information

Type of service: Assessment, Day schools, Outreach - education, Schools

Springhallow is a community special school for pupils with autism and Asperger syndrome. The school provides specialist teaching for pupils with a wide range of learning needs and challenging behaviours, within an autism-specific approach. The school provides an outreach service to all Ealing schools, supported by a training programme that is open to mainstream colleagues. There are also high quality integration links by some of our pupils with mainstream primary and secondary schools. Volunteers may be accepted to work with the pupils. The school uses the Structure, Positive (approaches and expectations), Empathy, Low arousal, Links (SPELL) framework. Respite services are just for their own pupils.
