We aim to create and share resources for neurodivergent healthcare professionals and students, and our colleagues and peers. We deliver talks, create online learning and training resources, and provide feedback on policy.
At our core, we aim to create equity in healthcare workplaces and learning environments, and remove the barriers preventing neurodivergent people from reaching our full potential. SSHINE was created by neurodivergent healthcare students, and autistic members are represented in our committee and within our team of ambassadors.
