St Gerard's is a co-educational Catholic maintained special school for children aged 3 - 18 years. We provide a safe and caring environment where all individuals are encouraged to reach their full potential.

St Gerard's ERC caters for children experiencing a range of difficulties which are acting as a barrier to their education. Pupils come from all over the city of Belfast and are admitted through the Belfast Educational Psychology Service. In addition to full time provision in our mainschool we also offer short term places in our Reading Centre.

Our Outreach Support Service provides literacy support to pupils experiencing difficulties in mainstream primary, secondary and Irish schools, allowing them to remain in the mainstream setting.
