St Helier Avenue is a specialist residential service for adults aged 30+ with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours that may challenge.
Individuals are supported to develop person-centred plans tailored towards individual needs and focused on positive outcomes. Staff will also assist the development of positive behaviour support plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. Individuals are supported to take part in meaningful activities that enrich their lives and build on their skills and confidence.
