A school for children with a wide range of additional support needs including ASDs. The school also has a nursery for caters for all abilities. Classrooms take account of the sensory needs of pupils and the school has established a new playroom and multi-sensory room to provide play and relaxation opportunities for all pupils. Individual Educational Plans and Individual Behaviour Plans contain strategies designed to meet the needs of pupils on the autism spectrum. The speech and language therapists have set up two social communication groups in the school and offer drop-in consultation times for staff throughout the year.
