The property comprises a large detached Grade II listed Georgian property with an open plan detached bungalow to the rear, the rear garden is divided into patio area and lawn. On the ground floor there are 2 single bedrooms, a lounge, a dining room, a separate toilet, a kitchen, the office and a wet room. The first floor consists of 4 single bedrooms, a second wet room, a bathroom, two toilets, a separate toilet and sleep in room. There is a detached bungalow in the garden which has an open plan lounge, a single bed, a kitchenette and a shower with water closet.
