I am a fully qualified BACP Registered Humanistic integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with many years of experience, working exclusively online. I provide Person-Centred emotional support for individuals and couples who may have a diagnosis (including self-diagnosis) of Autism Spectrum Disorder level 1 (ASD1, previously known as Asperger's Syndrome) and ADHD. As a neurodivergent person myself (with a diagnosis of ASD1) I believe my lived experience along with professional training can help others to work through their personal challenges and feel deeply understood. I also manage a popular Instagram account called Autistic_Therapist which provides educational material and runs campaigns aimed at reducing stigma, raising awareness, and challenging perceptions of autism. This is an adults-only service (+21). Couples may be ND-ND or ND-NT
