Our Charity “Still I Rise” is starting on line support group for females diagnosed or identified in adulthood. Participants also don’t have to be sure they are autistic, can be just questioning whether they are. It will be led 2 hours weekly. We would discuss traits of autism and it’s impact on our lives, supporting strategies, relationship aspects, children and associated challenges, boundaries, signs of toxic/abusive relationships, ways to digest past traumas and more. We accept members across the United Kingdom as the sessions will be conducted on line.
