Tameside Learning Disability Service provides a range of service for adults with a learning disability including: Supported living, 1-1 24hr support, helping with finances, support with gaining appropriate medical requirements such as GP appointments, Physio, speech & language therapists, behavioural specialists, nursing care, support with food & nutrition. Throughout all working alongside family & carers, social workers, assessors and other professionals.

We also offer a number of day service provisions which provide bespoke community and centre based activities which meet the needs of each individual service user.  Our services have been at the forefront in the use of modern technology which is used to maintain the safety, independence and development of those within services, All our services are person centred placing the individual at the centre of care.
