The Action Group provides a housing support and care at home service to people with learning disability and/or other support needs who are living in their own homes in East Lothian. The level and type of support is based on individual's needs.
Support is provided with a range of activities, including assisting people to maintain their home, personal care, staying healthy, developing skills to live as independently as possible and being active in their local community.
