Main information

Type of service: Employment services

The Gallery on the Corner is a commercial art gallery and studio based in Edinburgh. It is a social enterprise with two primary social objectives. The first, to provide training and employment opportunities for adults with autism. The second, to represent and support artists with autism as well as other health conditions or from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Gallery is currently developing an internet trading site, The Shop on the Corner, to sell donated items and artwork from the Gallery. This is operated through our centre at Almond House in Livingston. The Gallery was the first social enterprise from Autism Ventures Scotland and continues to lead the way within the charity in terms of supported employment.
