Assessment procedure: Initial multi-disciplinary assessment, followed by additional pieces of assessment as appropriate.

Follow up service: Support and advice to home and school as required.

Multi-disciplinary assessment: Yes, professions involved: clinical psychology, psychiatry, paediatrics, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, psychotherapy.

Referral Sources: NHS Only
