Type of service: Play and leisure, Respite and short breaks, Social groups

For disabled children, young people and their families who are resident in Bury. Provides social opportunities, youth groups, short breaks (tea time and weekends) and holiday activities. All the services: Social Opportunities, Youth groups, Holiday activities and Short Breaks are accessed by referral from a Social Worker from the Children's Disabilities Team. An Action for Children Children Aspire Assessment must be carried out before service can be offered.

Age: From age 5 to 19

Aimed at: Adolescent , Child , Child/adolescent sibling, Parent/carer of a child

Gender: All genders
