I am a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), with a special interest in working with older children, young people and adults living with or alongside;

- ASD and or ADHD/ADD

- anxiety and low self-esteem

- grief and loss

- addiction or problem drinking

I also have a passion for working with older children transitioning to secondary school or young people to College or University and anybody who has experienced a preterm birth.

I offer one to one counselling and group therapy from my private practice in Berkhamsted, Herts and I also have a second room in Aylesbury, Bucks.

I am also able to provide one to one counselling and group therapy within the school setting as often this is easier for the child than taking them out of school for sessions or attending an after school appointment when they are tired. Please contact me to discuss further.

In addition to counselling sessions, I also offer parent coaching sessions where we can explore together your child's challenging behaviours and look at more effective ways of responding.
