J-Art is a Creative Practitioner offering tried and tested Art Therapy courses to members of the public living with disabilities to enhance mental wellbeing and develop skills and techniques in Art to deal with social or mental issues. The courses entail painting and drawing in the Y Nyth Education Centre within the beautiful surroundings of Bryngarw Country Park. The course culminates in an open air painting experience and exhibition of students artwork.
The costs are £8 per session or £48 for 6-week course. All equipment and resources provided. Private mininbus transportation available upon request. We accept members or pupils/students from Wales (and specifically - Glamorgan area). Private or Group Online classes are also available.
