We supply well trained support workers to care homes, residential and supported living accommodations by recruiting experienced staff. We offer our care/support workers training through social care TV, and further training can be also be available if there is any specific condition they need to be aware of. For instance, staff required for specialist homes relating to autism are provided online training if required. The courses can include basic autism awareness, effective communication and how to support distressed behaviour. 

We can provide support workers for residences specialising in disabilities such autism spectrum disorder with/or has challenging behaviour or moderate/profound/severe learning disabilities or mental health issues or visual/hearing impairment or physical disability.
