This Is Me Psychology provides bespoke psychological support to help people of all ages to understand and manage Autism. Using a neuro-affirming approach we support people to thrive and achieve their own goals. We can work with both Autistic individuals as well as their family members and friends.

We believe that people should be able to access support to explore their Autistic Identity at any stage of their life and not just immediately after a diagnosis. We recognise that individual's needs change over time and coping strategies which were effective as a teenager, may cease to be useful as an adult or parent. We aim to provide support in a timely and preventative manner, before crises occur by focusing on boosting a person's self-esteem and developing their sense of belonging.

​We also provide consultation and advice for schools; supervision; neurodivergent workshops and team training.
