I can offer 1 to 1 counselling to individuals using the modality of Person Centred therapy. I've also experienced with the use and success of Play Therapy when I volunteered within a Glasgow Primary school. Being able to offer a quiet, comfortable space for individuals to come and talk, or just sit without being judged can be a very helpful environment to offer.With couples I have worked in the past, I have found that being able to offer a neutral space to talk freely and openly can help with communication. Also providing a space there they can be heard and felt heard,again without judgement is a very useful for anyone who wishes to use the space.
