This is a mainstream nursery and primary school which cater for pupils with additional support needs (ASN). We currently have a number of special areas designated within the school for meeting the needs of specific children. The school has 2 Deputy Headteachers and 1 Principal teacher (ASN), two teachers, six ASN assistants, and Learning Support teachers who are all deployed to support learning. All children who have identified ASN receive support in school in line with legislation and with the appropriate level of planning in place. This is done in consultation with parents. Liaison also takes place with other agencies eg educational psychologist, speech and language therapy, and occupational therapy as appropriate..
