Ty Gorsaf is a supported living service providing 24-hour support for people aged 18+, with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, and communication and sensory impairments.

We are focussed on developing plans tailored to the needs of individuals in order to promote increased choice and control over their own lives.

Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate.

We follow an active, person-centred approach together with the principles of SPELL which supports people to increase their independence and achieve their planned outcomes.

Our Total Communication approach enables staff to implement individualised communication strategies for tenants, who are supported to express their wishes and make choices using a wide range of communication tools including photos, PECS and Makaton.
