Specialist supported living service for adults  aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, behaviours that may challenge and complex health needs.

Ty Nant is a specialist supported living service where people are supported to develop individualised person centred plans and health action plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence. Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate.

Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) is also used to deliver a range of evidence based support to increase quality of life and reduce the occurrence, severity or impact of behaviours that challenge. Qualified PBS Mentors work alongside the people we support, staff and other stakeholders.
