Each house provides specialist services for four people who have autism and intensive support needs. Valley View is a large converted farmhouse; Rendle House is purpose built within the grounds. There is an annexe for day services. The houses are set on the outskirts of the large village of St Teath, seven miles north of Wadebridge. There are extensive grounds with plenty of wide open space with views over the Cornish countryside.
