Victoria House is a residential service for adults aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism spectrum conditions, communication needs and behaviours that may challenge. Individuals are supported to develop person centred plans that promote increased choice, control over their lives and independence.
Our experienced team works in partnership with families, carers, advocates and public service professionals to ensure that the support provided is pro-active and appropriate.
We actively follow the principles of person centred planning, person centred active support, SPELL and intensive interaction, which supports service users to express their wishes, make choices and achieve their planned outcomes.
Our Total Communication approach enables staff to implement individualised communication strategies for people with severe communication and sensory difficulties.
