Community Integrated Care’s Vocational Support Service provides support for vulnerable adults to find and maintain either paid or voluntary employment. The service is bespoke and person-centred, with as many aspects of support as possible decided by the people we support.
Community Integrated Care delivers diverse support and care services in a number of settings including: supported living for people with learning disabilities and/or mental health concerns; residential and nursing care for older people; treatment for substance misuse and accommodation for homelessness.
