Welfare Rights Unit providing free, independent, and confidential advice and information about all Social Security benefits and Tax Credits. To contact the service telephone the Advice Line on 01642 771166. The Advice is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10am and 12 noon. Messages can be left on the answerphone and enquirers calls will be returned. Please note that the service can only to respond to requests from people who live in the borough of Redcar & Cleveland.
