WLCT Active Living has experience of supporting adults (16+) with a variety of needs including autism, learning and physical disabilities, mental illness and sensory impairments. We will do our best to work with you to help you get back into health and fitness and have some fun. We deliver group sessions as well as providing 1 to 1 support for up to 12 weeks for a range of activities including sport, fitness, dance, walking, cycling, and gardening. We can also help you to access the gym, local sports clubs and activities in the community. Activities are held at a wide range of leisure centres, green spaces and community venues in the borough of Wigan.
