Woburn Hill is a newly refurbished 6 bedded residential service, providing 24/7 support for adults aged 18+ with mental health needs, Autism, and additional complex needs and provides an active support model and outcome-based activities.
Situated on Anglesey in an area of outstanding natural beauty our large, detached home is set back from the road with ample grounds and consists of five en-suite bedrooms & one self-contained Annexe flat. With plenty of outdoor space on the doorstep Woburn Hill has access to over 220 square miles of Anglesey’s coast and landscape to explore.
Our support is focused on the individual, to ensure the best quality of life, by respecting, empowering, and encouraging people we support to live an independent, engaging life making their own choices and living the lives they choose. Individuals are supported in increasing their independence and confidence to achieve their individual goals.
