Counselling service for people on the spectrum and their families. I have a lifetime’s experience with neurodiversity and mental health issues so I understand the challenges these can bring for individuals and for families. I am here to listen to what that means for you, working at a pace that is comfortable while providing gentle challenge to help you feel safe, connected and in control. Service is delivered online or in central Winchester for people on the autism spectrum and/or with challenging behaviour or moderate learning disability or mental health issues.
